Green Rice
Green Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked white rice, 1 c. chopped spinach or parsley or combination, 2 eggs, well beaten, 1 c. milk and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Toss rice and spinach together.
Add eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and onion.
Pour into 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch, oblong baking dish.
Sprinkle butter and cheese over rice.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
