Green Pepper Jelly
Green Pepper Jelly is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar, 3 large green peppers (put in blender), 2 tbsp. crushed red pepper or 3 small hot peppers and 1 bottle (6 oz.) certo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix sugar, vinegar, and peppers, bring to boil.
Cook 10 minutes.
Cool a little bit and add Certo and food coloring.
Put in jars and seal with wax.
Serve on crackers with cream cheese. (I like to strain the jelly.
Some people like white vinegar.)
