Green Enchiladas
Green Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 doz. corn tortillas, 2 c. jack cheese, shredded, 3/4 c. finely chopped green onions, 1/4 c. margarine and 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat tortillas in oil a few seconds each side.
Put about 2 tablespoons shredded cheese and 1 teaspoon diced onions on each tortilla.
Roll and place seam side down in 9 x 13-inch baking pan. In saucepan, melt margarine, blend in flour; add chicken broth and heat until thickened.
Stir in sour cream and chiles.
Pour over tortillas.
Bake at 425Β° for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake 5 minutes more.
