Green Beans with Sour Cream
Green Beans With Sour Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans, 1 small clove garlic, crushed, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. soft bread crumbs and 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Remove strings from beans; wash and cut into 1-inch pieces. Cook beans, covered, in a small amount of salt water 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
Drain and set aside.
Saute garlic in butter in a small skillet until tender; add bread crumbs and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned.
Add bread crumb mixture, parsley, pepper and sour cream to green beans.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
