Green Bean Soup
Green Bean Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. raw green beans or 2 cans (16 oz.) or 2 boxes frozen green beans, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef and 2 c. canned tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash, cut and cook if raw beans are used.
In a frypan add oil; cook onion until tender.
Add ground beef; brown and cook until evenly cooked.
Drain off grease.
Add salt and pepper.
Do not drain beans.
Combine with the tomatoes in saucepan.
Simmer 3/4 of an hour.
(Better the second day.)
