Greek Spinach Pie
Greek Spinach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped, 2/3 lb. feta cheese, crumbled, 3/4 lb. cottage cheese and 8 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook spinach onion together and drain (until very dry). Add cheese, cottage cheese and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Butter 9 x 13-inch dish.
Line with several sheets of buttered filo.
Spinach mixture.
Place 5 or 6 more sheets of buttered filo on top.
