Greek Oven Fries
Greek Oven Fries is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium baking potatoes (1 lb.), unpeeled, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. dried oregano, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Scrub potatoes; cut each lengthwise into 8 wedges.
Place wedges in a bowl; cover with cold water.
Let stand 30 minutes; drain.
Pat dry with paper towels. Toss potatoes with oil; place, skin side down, on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Combine oregano, pepper and salt; sprinkle evenly over potatoes. Bake at 400Β° for 50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and browned.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with vinegar.
Yields 4 servings.
Serve immediately.
