Separate egg yolks from whites.

Set whites aside to be used as meringue.

In a large bowl, add the egg yolks, condensed milk and grapefruit juice.

Mix until blended.

Pour into pie shell and bake for 15 minutes at 350Β° or until filling is no longer liquid. Beat the egg whites until stiff with electric mixer, gradually adding 2 or 3 teaspoons of sugar while beating.

Spoon meringue on top of cooked pie; bake until meringue is golden brown.
