Grandma's Zucchini Bread
Grandma'S Zucchini Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. vegetable oil, 3 tsp. vanilla and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease 2 loaf pans.
Beat eggs and sugar together in a large bowl.
Stir in oil and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add to egg mixture; blend well.
Stir in zucchini, nuts and raisins.
Pour into greased pans and bake 1 hour.
Remove and cool on cake rack about 10 minutes before turning out.
Cuts better when cool. Bread freezes well if wrapped tightly for up to 6 months.
