Grandma's Sauerkraut and Meatballs
Grandma'S Sauerkraut And Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground pork roast, 1 egg, 1 large onion, finely chopped, salt and pepper to taste and 2 tbsp. minute rice or leftover rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients together except sauerkraut and form into 2-inch meatballs. Layer sauerkraut and meatballs in large soup pot.
Can (or jar) of water for each can or jar of sauerkraut added.
