Grandma's Rum Cake
Grandma'S Rum Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix (small), 4 eggs, 1 c. pecans, chopped and 1/2 c. bacardi rum, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Grease 12-cup Bundt pan.
Sprinkle pecans on bottom of pan. In a large bowl, mix well the cake and pudding mix.
Add eggs, milk, rum and oil.
Beat until smooth.
Pour over chopped nuts. Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour, test with a toothpick.
Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan onto serving dish and prick top and sides with a fork.
