Grandma's Potato Salad
Grandma'S Potato Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. vinegar, 2 eggs and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In the top of a double boiler over boiling water, heat water, butter and vinegar.
In a bowl, beat eggs.
Add sugar and cornstarch.
Add to butter mixture; cook and stir constantly until thick, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Remove from the heat; allow to cool. Stir in the salad dressing.
Fold in the whipped cream.
In a large bowl, toss potatoes, onions, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over and mix gently.
Chill.
Serve in a lettuce lined bowl, if desired.
Garnish with the hard-cooked eggs; sprinkle with paprika.
