Grandma's Irish Soda Bread

Soak raisins in water for 1/2 hour.
Drain.
Mix together soaked raisins and all other ingredients.
Knead and shape into round loaf.
Place in a warm, greased cast-iron pan.
Put a cross on top of bread with a butter knife.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes in a preheated 350Β° oven.
Eat with butter and hot tea!
