Grandma's Ginger Puffs
Grandma'S Ginger Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, well beaten, 4 tsp. molasses and 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream shortening and sugar.
Stir in egg and molasses.
Mix soda and spices with sifted flour and add to the creamed shortening mixture.
With hands, roll into 1-inch balls and then in granulated sugar.
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about 4 dozen.
