Grandma'S Chicken Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 2 carrots (whole), 1 stalk celery (whole), 1 onion, sliced and 3 to 4 lb. chicken, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook the chicken in water and broth, along with all other ingredients.
Simmer approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours, adding water as necessary.
