Grandma Donabella's Sauce
Grandma Donabella'S Sauce is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (29 oz.) and 1 (15 oz.) can hunt's tomato sauce, 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste, 1 stick (approximately 1/2 lb.) pepperoni, 1 lb. italian pork sausage (mild or hot) and 2 to 4 center cut/loin pork chops, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Pour the tomato sauce into a large Dutch oven type saucepan (6-quart).
Remove casing from pepperoni and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
In a skillet, which has a covering of olive oil, place the cut up pepperoni.
Brown each side, then add to tomato sauce. Begin heating mixture on low.
Using that same skillet, prepare the pork chops, first browning on each side, then cooking for approximately 15 minutes.
