Gramma Guerieri's Spaghetti Sauce
Gramma Guerieri'S Spaghetti Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with bacon grease, 1 minced onion, 3 (or more) garlic cloves, minced, 2 small cans tomato paste and 1 tomato paste can water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute garlic and onion in bacon grease.
Add tomato paste and stir while cooking, about 2 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients. Simmer 2 to 3 hours.
May brown 1 pound of ground chuck, sausages, meatballs or pork chops and add to sauce the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Makes enough for 1 pound of pasta.
