Golden Fudge
Golden Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. light brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. oleo, 1 c. evaporated milk and 2 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine in 2 1/2 qt. saucepan brown and white sugars, milk and oleo.
Place over medium heat and stir constantly till oleo is melted.
Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally till mixture forms soft ball when dropped in cold water, or till temperature reaches 238 degrees on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat - stir in butterscotch morsels and marshmallow crème till thoroughly blended.
Add nuts, raisins, salt, rum and vanilla.
Pour into 2 greased 8 inch square pans and chill.
When cold cut into squares.
