Gingered Tofu
Gingered Tofu is an easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 lb. tofu, 1 tsp. ground ginger or 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, granulated garlic and soy sauce/tamari, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Drain tofu, rinse, dry on a towel and cut into 1/2 to 1 inch cubes.
Heat oil in wok or skillet until quite hot.
Add tofu.
Fry until lightly golden.
Lower heat.
Add ginger, garlic to taste and a little tamari if desired.
Kids like it like this or set this aside and add it to stir-fried veggies.
