Ginger Asparagus With Cashews is an moderately easy dinner. Trim off the tough, lower stems of the asparagus and discard. Cut each stalk into 2 to 3-inch pieces.
Heat the oils in a preheated wok or large frying pan over a high heat.

Stir in the orange peel, soy sauce and cashews.
