German Beefsteak
German Beefsteak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. each: beef tenderloin, liver and pork loin, 1 small onion, cut in 3 pieces, 1 small bottle catsup, 1/4 c. soy sauce and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut the beef, liver and pork into strips.
Marinate in soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper for one hour.
Drain the meat; set aside the marinade.
Half fry all the meat and Chinese sausage. Add catsup and marinade; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add onion and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or bread.
