Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Garlic Mashed Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large baking potatoes, 1 tsp. vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. sour cream and 2 cloves garlic, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Scrub potatoes and rub evenly with vegetable oil.
Bake at 400Β° for 1 hour or until done.
Cut potatoes in half.
Scoop out pulp, discarding skin.
Combine the potato pulp, butter and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy.
