Gail's Banana Pudding

Whirl milk, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla and flour in blender. Transfer to double boiler; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until thick.
Do not scorch.
Alternate layering vanilla wafers in a casserole dish (larger than 2-quart) and bananas.
Pour pudding over.
Top with meringue.
Bake in a 350Β° oven until lightly browned.
