Wash crabs but do not dry.
Whisk eggs, salt and pepper until fluffy and set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Dip crabs in flour, then egg and then into hot oil.
Fry 3 to 4 minutes on each medium-high heat.
Drain on paper towels and serve platter with lemon wedges, if desired. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
