Fried Rice with Shrimp
Fried Rice With Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. fresh shrimp, shelled and deveined, 1 tsp. cornstarch, 1/2 tsp. salt, 5 tbsp. oil and 3 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut shrimp into small pieces.
Mix with cornstarch and salt. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok to 400Β°.
Stir-fry shrimp and green onions until pink, about 30 seconds.
Remove.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok, pour in beaten eggs.
Scramble fine.
Remove.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok and add rice, soy sauce and ginger. Stir-fry until thoroughly heated.
Add eggs, shrimp and rice wine. Stir-fry 1 minute.
Recipe is also good without shrimp or good with leftover pork or beef.
