Fricassee Rabbit

Let rabbit pieces stand in vinegar brine for 3 hours.
Drain, dry and sprinkle m.s.g. evenly on all pieces.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Mix seasonings and sprinkle on meat. Brown in fat or oil.
Put onion in casserole.
Arrange rabbit on top.
Combine vinegar and water and pour over rabbit pieces. Cover and bake at 275Β° for 2 hours or until tender.
