Fresh Peach Cake
Fresh Peach Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 or 4 fresh peaches, sliced, 1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs, well beaten and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream butter gradually adding sugar and eggs.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to butter alternately with milk.
Put into buttered shallow square cake pan (8-inches). Cover with sliced peaches all over.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350Β° or until toothpick comes out clean.
