Fresh Cabin Apple Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. apples, peeled and cut in dime-size pieces, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. oil, 2 c. sugar and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. Beat eggs and oil together in a large bowl.
Combine sugar, salt, soda, cinnamon and flour together in small bowl and then gradually add to egg mixture.

Bake in well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 60 to 70 minutes or until done when toothpick is inserted in middle.
