French Country Chicken
French Country Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby carrots, 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen whole green beans, 2 c. mushrooms, sliced, 1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced and 1 can (2.8 oz.) french fried onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Thaw and drain frozen vegetables.
Combine all vegetables and add 1/2 can French fried onions.
Skin chicken breasts.
Place vegetables in the bottom of an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
Top with chicken breasts.
In a small bowl combine wine, bouillon, garlic salt and pepper; pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake, uncovered, at 375Β° for 40 minutes or until chicken is done.
Baste chicken with wine sauce and top with remaining onions.
Bake an additional 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
