Fire House Meatballs
Fire House Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed, 1/2 can evaporated milk, 1/4 c. finely chopped onions and 1/4 c. chili sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In a 2-quart bowl, combine ground beef, cornflakes, evaporated milk, onions, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce; mix well.
With wet hands, shape mixture into 16 meatballs.
Place meatballs in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 400Β° oven 20 minutes, or until lightly browned on the outside and cooked medium on the inside.
