Finnish Cranberry Pudding
Finnish Cranberry Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cranberries, 3/4 c. sugar and 1/3 c. cream of wheat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook the 2 cups of cranberries in just enough water to almost cover.
Cook and mash until juice is out.
Put through a strainer and add enough water to make 2 cups of liquid.
Put back on the stove, add the sugar and bring to a boil.
Add a scant 1/3 cup of Cream of Wheat slowly to thicken.
Let cool and then whip.
Serve with cream.
