Filled Meat Loaf Roll
Filled Meat Loaf Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 slices white bread, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, minced, 2 tbsp. ketchup and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Tear bread into small pieces.
Add ground meat, onion, ketchup, salt and pepper.
Mix well on waxed paper.
Pat mixture into a 12 x 8-inch size.
Arrange salami slices to cover meat. Top with chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry) and cheese. Starting at narrow end, roll in jelly roll fashion, lifting wax paper to help shape roll.
Place in pan seam side down.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
When loaf starts to brown, cover loosely with tent of folded foil to prevent oven browning.
