Fig Clafouti
Fig Clafouti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. butter, small amount sugar, 1 pt. figs, halved, 4 large eggs and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Use butter and small amount of sugar to coat 10-inch glass pie plate or 2-quart baking dish.
Arrange figs, cut side up, on bottom.
Beat eggs in large bowl with whisk until foamy.
Add vanilla, milk, cream, 1/4 cup sugar and salt.
Stir until blended. Add flour; stir until blended.
Pour over figs.
Bake until puffed and brown, for 35 minutes at 375Β°.
Sprinkle with sugar.
