Fettucini Alfredo
Fettucini Alfredo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 oz. grated parmesan cheese, 1 c. heavy cream, 2 egg yolks, 1/2 stick butter and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook fettucini.
Drain.
Stir in butter and toss until evenly coated.
Heat cream slowly in medium size saucepan; remove from heat.
Measure 3 tablespoons of cream into cup.
Beat eggs and add to 3 tablespoons cream and blend well.
Beat this mixture into cream in saucepan.
Heat slowly, stirring constantly, just until mixture begins to thicken.
Stir in Parmesan cheese.
Gently fold into noodles.
