Famous Lemon Pie Of The Sunlight Hotel is an easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 lemons, 3 eggs and 1 1/2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix together cornstarch and sugar. Cover with (grated) rind and juice of lemons. Add (beaten) yolks of eggs, then add boiling water.
Cook until thick.
Pour into baked pie shell. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Gradually beat 6 tablespoons sugar into them. Spread over lemon mixture, taking care to seal in filling completely.
Bake in slow oven at 325Β° for 15 to 20 minutes or until top is light brown.
