Famous Company Casserole
Famous Company Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 tsp. salt, 2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz.), 8 oz. spaghetti or noodles and 2 tbsp. instant minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Pan-fry beef in large skillet.
Cook until browned thoroughly. Pour off excess fat.
Add salt, onion and tomato sauce.
Cook about 1 minute and remove from heat.
Cook noodles according to directions.
Drain.
Mix together the cheeses, sour cream, pepper and onion.
Add to the cooked noodles; blend.
Pour into 3-quart casserole and top with the meat mixture.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes, if desired.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
