Energy Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 2 1/2 c. milk, 2 tbsp. honey, 1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour and 1 tbsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In large bowl, combine egg and milk.
Add to egg mixture, oil and vanilla; blend well.
Mix in oats, raisins, sunflower and sesame seeds, wheat germ, bran and shredded apple.
Refrigerate overnight.
