Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, chopped, 8 to 10 tortillas, 1 jar mild-medium salsa and grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook meat and onions; season with spices. Pour salsa in a shallow dish. Dip a tortilla in salsa, coating both sides. Lay in a plate and add your meat in the center. Sprinkle with cheese if you'd like. Roll and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish, seam side down.
Repeat until all tortillas are used. Pour leftover salsa on top of enchiladas and sprinkle with more cheese. If you have any meat leftover, you can mix it with the sauce and pour over tortillas. Bake at 350Β° until heated thoroughly and cheese is melted.
