Peel, cube and cook eggplant; drain and mash.
Mix with soup, egg, onion, mayonnaise, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of cracker crumbs. Pour in buttered 2-quart casserole dish.

Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
