Eggnog
Eggnog is an easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 qt. milk, divided and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In large saucepan, beat together eggs and sugar.
Stir in 2 cups milk.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon.
Remove from heat and stir in remaining 2 cup milk and vanilla.
Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, several hours.
Just before serving, stir in cinnamon stick and ground nutmeg.
