Egg-Sausage Casserole
Egg-Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. or more bulk sausage, 1 or 2 c. grated cheese, 6 slices trimmed bread, 3 eggs, slightly beaten and 1 small can mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Butter casserole.
Put bread in casserole.
Cover with cooked sausage, then cheese.
Beat eggs with milk, cream and seasonings. Pour over cheese.
Sprinkle mushrooms on top.
Refrigerate overnight or at least 1 1/2 hours.
Take out of refrigerator at least one hour before cooking.
Bake one hour at 325Β°.
