Ed's Brunswick Stew
Ed'S Brunswick Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. beef, 3 lb. pork, 3 lb. chicken, 3 medium onions and 3 large cans cream-style corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil meat together until tender.
Cool and remove meat from bones.
Save meat broth.
Grind meat with onions using coarse blade on food chopper.
Add corn, tomatoes, butter and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer mixture 3 to 4 hours.
Gradually add meat stock after having skimmed off fat.
Serves 30 people.
