Easy Puffed Oven Pancake(German Pancake) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine or butter, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. milk and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place margarine or butter in a 10 to 12-inch ovenproof skillet. Place in 400Β° oven for 3 to 5 minutes or until margarine or butter melts.
In a bowl, beat eggs with beater. Add flour, milk and salt.
Beat until smooth.
Immediately pour into hot skillet. Bake about 25 minutes or until puffed and well browned. Serve hot with lemon wedges to squeeze and powdered sugar to sprinkle over pancakes.
