Easy Hollandaise Sauce
Easy Hollandaise Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 4 egg yolks, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Heat butter until very warm in a saucepan.
Place egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and Tabasco in a blender container.
Cover and blend on low speed.
Uncover immediately and pour the butter in a steady stream.
Turn off blender as soon as all butter is added. Place blender container in a pan of hot water until ready to serve.
Serve over asparagus, broccoli or poached eggs.
