East Breakfast(Great For Brunch) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices thin bread, 6 slices american cheese, 6 slices canadian bacon, 4 eggs and 2 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Trim crust from bread and place 6 slices in oblong baking dish. Put a slice of cheese and bacon on each bread slice and then cover with remaining bread.
Now beat eggs until fluffy, add milk, salt and pepper and dry mustard.
Pour over bread.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
