Dumplings
Dumplings is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. pork broth (from cooked pork) or chicken broth, flour (to make stiff dough), 1 pt. broth, 1 qt. water and black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix 1/2 cup pork or chicken broth with flour to make stiff dough.
Roll out real thin.
Cut into strips.
Have about 1 pint of broth plus 1 quart water all boiling together. Drop strips of dough into boiling pot. Do not stir.
Drop all strips into pot. Turn down low and cook for about 15 minutes.
Add lots of black pepper.
