Double Peanut Butter Cookies
Double Peanut Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sifted flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. crisco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine flour, sugar, soda and salt.
Cut in Crisco and peanut butter until resembles coarse meal.
Blend in syrup and milk. Shape into rolls 2 inches in diameter; chill.
Slice 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick.
Place half the slices on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread each with 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter.
Cover with remaining slices; seal edges with fork.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 minutes, or until browned.
Makes 2 dozen cookies.
