Cut off top of each pepper.
Remove seeds.
Cook 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
Drain; set aside.
Combine meat, rice, 1/4 cup of tomato sauce and remaining items.
Stuff peppers and place in small baking pan.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over stuffed peppers.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
