Dolma
Dolma is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground lamb, 1/2 lb. ground beef, 4 to 5 canned tomatoes plus juice, 3/4 can tomato sauce and 3/4 chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix together first 9 ingredients with the 1/4 cup water and stuff the squash, bell peppers and tomatoes.
Arrange in pan and add water to top of Dolmas.
Add salt and juice of one lemon. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover and cook 45 minutes to one hour.
