Dill Batter Bread
Dill Batter Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 pkg. active dry yeast, 1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. dill seed or caraway seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine 1 cup flour and the yeast.
Heat and stir cottage cheese, sugar, dill seed, margarine, onion, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon salt until warm (120° to 130°) and margarine almost melts.
Add to flour mixture along with egg.
Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
Beat on high speed 3 minutes.
